SHIPPING POLICIES Please understand that all our products are handmade in small batches. Although we can meet orders of all sizes, from small online retail orders to enormous corporate orders, we have instituted these shipping policies to insure we are able to offer the best in customer service to all our customers. Unless otherwise noted on our website, the following order processing times will be in effect. Online retail orders - We ship Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground, depending on the size of your order. Most orders under $100 are processed within 24 hours. Orders over $100 are customarily processed within 48 hours. Existing wholesale customers - Most orders under $200 are processed within 4 business days from the time your order is placed AND payment are received. Orders over $200 are customarily processed and shipped within 5 business days. Should there be a circumstance that requires a longer processing time, you will be notified at the time your order is received and invoiced. All wholesale orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground unless customer desires faster shipping and bears the cost of same. A shipping quote will be given at the time you are invoiced. New wholesale customers - Most orders under $200 are processed within 10 business days from the time your order is placed AND payment are received. Orders over $200 are customarily processed and shipped within 14 business days. Should there be a circumstance that requires a longer processing time, you will be notified at the time your order is received and invoiced. All wholesale orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground unless customer desires faster shipping and bears the cost of same. A shipping quote will be given at the time you are invoiced. HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICIES Between October 1 and January 3 each season, our shipping policies will change to the following: Online retail orders - We ship Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground, depending on the size of your order. Most orders under $100 are processed within 3 days. Orders over $100 are customarily processed within 5 days. Existing wholesale customers - Most orders under $200 are processed within 5 business days from the time your order is placed AND payment are received. Orders over $200 are customarily processed and shipped within 7 business days. Should there be a circumstance that requires a longer processing time, you will be notified at the time your order is received and invoiced. All wholesale orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground unless customer desires faster shipping and bears the cost of same. A shipping quote will be given at the time you are invoiced. New wholesale customers - Most orders under $200 are processed within 12 business days from the time your order is placed AND payment are received. Orders over $200 are customarily processed and shipped within 16 business days. Should there be a circumstance that requires a longer processing time, you will be notified at the time your order is received and invoiced. All wholesale orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground unless customer desires faster shipping and bears the cost of same. A shipping quote will be given at the time you are invoiced. Returns: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any reason. Backorders: We do occasionally run out of items. We will note these out-of-stock items on the web site as soon as possible. However, if you place an order and an item is out of stock on the order, we will notify you and afford you the choice of a refund or a substitution before we process your order. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. SAMPLES We do not offer “free samples” of our products. We strive to maintain great customer service and pricing that is competitive for the high quality products in our product line.
